This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to purchases made in Pathogen Wars (the "Game") and forms an integral part of the Terms of Service.

1. Nature of Digital Purchases
All purchases in the Game relate to digital content, including but not limited to:
- virtual currency;
- digital cards or items;
- in-game upgrades or features.
All digital content is delivered immediately after purchase.
2. No General Right of Refund
By making a purchase, you:
- expressly consent to immediate delivery of digital content; and
- acknowledge that you lose any statutory withdrawal or cancellation rights, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
As a result:
All purchases are final and non-refundable, except where required by law or expressly stated in this Policy.
3. Cancellation
Due to the instant delivery of digital content:
- orders cannot be cancelled once completed;
- cancellation is only possible before payment is processed.
4. Refund Eligibility (Exceptions)
We may provide a refund in the following limited circumstances:
4.1 Technical Errors
Where:
- purchased content was not delivered; or
- a transaction failed but funds were charged.
4.2 Duplicate Transactions
Where a user is charged multiple times for the same purchase due to a system error.
4.3 Unauthorized Transactions
Where a transaction is proven to be unauthorized, subject to investigation and verification.
4.4 Legal Requirements
Where applicable consumer protection laws require a refund.
5. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be provided in cases including, but not limited to:
- change of mind;
- dissatisfaction with gameplay or outcomes;
- randomized results from in-game mechanics;
- accidental purchases by the user;
- failure to meet system requirements;
- suspension or termination due to violation of the Terms of Service.
6. Randomized Content
Some purchases may include randomized digital content.
By making such purchases, you acknowledge that:
- outcomes are determined by game mechanics;
- no specific item or result is guaranteed;
- dissatisfaction with randomized outcomes does not entitle you to a refund.
7. Refund Process

Please include:
- account email;
- transaction details;
- description of the issue;
- any supporting evidence (e.g., screenshots).
We may request additional information to verify your request.
8. Processing Time
If a refund is approved:
- it will be processed within a reasonable time;
- funds are returned to the original payment method;
- final timing depends on the payment provider or issuing bank.
9. Fraud Prevention and Abuse
We reserve the right to:
- refuse refund requests that are abusive or fraudulent;
- suspend accounts involved in refund abuse;
- reverse improperly granted refunds where permitted by law.
10. Chargebacks
Before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card provider, you agree to contact us first.
We reserve the right to:
- dispute illegitimate chargebacks;
- provide transaction and account data to payment providers and authorities.
Chargeback abuse may result in:
- account suspension;
- permanent loss of access to the Game.
